Because our products are research-grade materials whose integrity cannot be verified once they have left our facility, Altr does not accept returns or exchanges, and does not issue refunds for any reason. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received an incorrect item, contact us at support@altrbio.co within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We review these cases individually and, at our sole discretion, may issue a replacement for verified shipping errors or transit damage.
